On Saturday, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds were at the Tribeca Film Festival to support their friend Taylor Swift and the screening of her short film for her ten-minute song “All Too Well.” The event was held at the Beacon Hotel on a hot summer day, and the adorable couple were looking fresh and breezy in warm weather style.
Lively wore a white tiered sundress with spaghetti straps and a deep neckline and low back. She paired the dress with tan heels featuring colorful bead detailing on the pointed toe and back. Lively was carrying a leather purse in a complimentary hue and wore a few long beaded and gold necklaces as accessories. Her gorgeous blonde waves streamed down around her shoulders.
Holding his wife’s hand and beaming back at her in front of the cameras, Reynolds was wearing white sneakers and straight-legged jeans with a black buttoned shirt over a white undershirt and a pair of black frame glasses.
Lively and Swift have been friends for years, and the actress was even invited to direct one of the song’s off Swift’s album Red (Taylor’s Version), which was released in 2021. Lively helmed the video for the track “I Bet You Think About Me.”
But the audience was there for a talk back from Swift about her experience being in the director’s seat for “All Too Well.” The pop music icon doesn’t make very many public appearances, so fans were gathered at the entrance to catch her walk to the screening. She waved happily to the crowd, wearing a pinstripe suit vest and matching slacks and her signature red lip.
The event was titled “A Conversation With Taylor Swift,” and the music video stars Sadie Sink, best known for her work on Stranger Things, and actor Dylan O’Brien. The song is allegedly about the brief relationship Swift had with Jake Gyllenhaal. She is now in a relationship with actor Joe Alwyn, who she has been seeing since 2016.
